Playing President

George Washington shakes hands with actor George Bush playing president, as the nation observes President's Day.

Brit,

Have you noticed the trope that our President *koffkoffbullshitselectedkoffkoff* has this odd habit of dressing himself up like things he's not?

Fighter pilot, Harry Truman, war president, decider, now George Washington...

Don't forget Lincoln! Just don't mention George Sr!

How much more B.S. is the American public going to take from the "decider"? First comparing himself to George Washington and then the Iraq War to the Revolutionary War. When is that other 30% going to see through all this garbage.

And where are all those inquiries the Dems promised us last November? The Nation isn't going to be able to hold on much longer.

I guess Washington used to make whiskey.. and well... Bush liked/likes to drink it. So, they really are similar.

The best part of Bush's comparison is the crazy "insurgents" are the American revolutionaries. Is Bush really this dumb or does he just think we are?

5th, surely there are better themes for your talents than the President, is there not?....

Let the sucker go and muse on other things,... why waste time on a lame duck man?... is there a reason for the bush-rant obsession in the blogosphere? I don't get it...

p.s.
I've posted yet another meaningless and talent-free posting. Don't bother reading it, it is most definitely below your standards (lol!)...

Britisher, it was a great pleasure to meet you! I'm sorry we didn't connect for dinner on Friday — my new phone service provides voice mail which I've never used before and apparently overrode my answering machine, and — long story short: I just got the message about dinner, tonight. Craptastic technology.

Thanks for the booze, too, by the way! I'll definitely have to treat the four of us to dinner the next time you're in town!

my email if you'd like it, is "numbershine" at hotmail.com
